What to Expect at Your Zoom Appointment

Virtual Meetings with the Financial Aid Office are by appointment only.  Students will receive a generic email from Aviso when they schedule their virtual appointment, later a second email will include the Zoom link needed to get into the virtual appointment.  Students who cannot find the email with the link can log in to their Aviso Home screen, click on the appointment and find the link inside.

Please be on time for your meeting.  Advisors will wait only 5 minutes past the start of your appointment before they mark you as a no-show.  Students with a high number of no-shows can be blocked from making future appointments.  If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible so another student can meet with a Financial Aid Advisor.
