Financial Aid Priority Deadlines

The FAFSA, Data Sheet, and any required documents for the appropriate academic year must be successfully completed and submitted to the Financial Aid office before your file is considered to have met the deadline.

If you complete your file by the dates listed below, our goal is to have your financial aid eligibility determined in time for the tuition due date.

Applications completed after the Financial Aid deadline will be reviewed by the following quarter’s tuition due date. Late applicants must pay for tuition and fees on their own. Students may receive funding, if eligible, retroactively. If unable to pay, students are responsible for

2019-2020 Priority Deadlines

Census Date

• Certain grant aid will be adjusted according to your enrollment level on the Financial Aid Census Date (the fifth day of the quarter) based on the enrollment status requirements below:
• If you drop below the number of credits for which you received aid before the Census Date you will be required to pay back the difference in funding.

2019-2020 Census Dates

 Repayment of Federal Financial Aid Funds (Return of Title IV)

• Withdrawal on or after the following dates will not require a repayment of federal financial aid funds:
