Financial Aid Dates and Priority Deadlines

The FAFSA, Data Sheet, and any required documents for the appropriate academic year must be successfully completed and submitted to the Financial Aid office before your file is considered to have met the priority deadline.

If you complete your file by the dates listed below, our goal is to have your financial aid eligibility determined in time for the tuition due date.

Applications completed after the Financial Aid priority deadline will be reviewed by the following quarter’s tuition due date. Late applicants must arrange other means for tuition and fees to be paid. Our Payment Plan can be an option. Students may receive funding, if eligible, retroactively. If unable to pay, students are responsible for withdrawing from classes and/or looking for other funding resources.

Census Date

• Certain grant aid will be adjusted according to your enrollment level on the Financial Aid Census Date (the fifth day of the quarter) based on the enrollment status requirements below:
• If you drop below the number of credits for which you received aid before the Census Date you will be required to pay back the difference in funding.

• Withdrawal on or after the following dates will not require a repayment for the aid type listed.
